Living Here Benalla

Lonely and vacant, this weatherboard home is in desperate need of someone to love it. Relocated around 10 years ago onto new stumps and with a new roof added, unfortunately nothing much has happened since. If you can see past the dust, building debris and cobwebs, you can see glimpses of what could be! High ceilings with some ornate ceiling roses, lovely old timber doors with metal handles and wide doorways. Positioned on just under 1/2 acre, this property will make a fantastic project to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Perfect for the opportunist with the property being sold “as is”.
